Pick a size, enter your name and e-mail, add a personal message if you like – then pay securely via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
We prepare the voucher
Within one or two days we get in touch. You receive the voucher professionally printed on quality card, with its own code – by post or handed over in person. If it has to be quick, we send a PDF ahead.
Redeem in the order form
The recipient orders on thefoodbox.net, enters the code, picks a start date and tells us their preferences – meat, veggie or mixed. Allergies and intolerances are given separately. No payment details needed; we take care of everything else.

The voucher covers whole deliveries at the normal price until its value is used up – meat, veggie or XL as you like. The only thing not included is the deposit for the reusable bowls: €5 per bowl, paid once in cash at the first delivery. It is a deposit, not a charge – at the end it is refunded in full, by us or by any other ReBowl partner. Valid in our delivery area in Hannover.

When do I get the voucher?
We usually get in touch within one or two days of the payment. You receive it professionally printed on quality card – by post or handed over in person. If you need it urgently, message us on WhatsApp or by e-mail and we send a PDF ahead.
Do you have to pick meals?
No – there is no menu. In the order form the recipient just tells us how they eat: meat, veggie or mixed, plus allergies and intolerances. We cook fresh and varied every week and take care of the rest. Allergies or particular dislikes you would like to sort out beforehand? Just write to us.
How is it redeemed?
The order form on thefoodbox.net has a field for codes. Type in the code, pick a start date, done – no card details. The weeks need not be consecutive: a holiday or a break in between is fine any time, the voucher waits. Shortly before the voucher is used up, the recipient gets an e-mail and decides at leisure whether to carry on. Nothing continues on its own.
And if the person is already a customer?
No problem: the voucher is simply credited to the existing account – a short note to us is all it takes.

Above you can choose between 2 and 8 weeks and 2 to 4 meals per delivery. If you want something else entirely, just write to us – we will find a way.
