There is no fixed menu — that's part of the fun! Just tell us your allergies or dislikes and let us surprise you. Every delivery brings fresh, seasonal meals with meat and veggie options, inspired by kitchens around the world. And so it never gets boring, we cook eight different dishes every week from a rotation of more than 100 — even if you take them all, it's at least 12 weeks before a single dish repeats.

Yes — we prepare a changing selection of freshly cooked meat and vegetarian meals. The menu varies every week and can grow with demand. Vegan meals are possible on request when the week's plan allows it.

Absolutely. Tell us about any allergies or ingredients you want to avoid when ordering, and we'll adapt wherever it's feasible.

Perfectly. At lunch, pop a meal in the microwave for 2–3 minutes — and you eat properly instead of reaching for a sandwich or a delivery app. Sealed, the meals keep for at least 4 days in the fridge, so they'll easily carry you through the home-office week.

Regular meals weigh roughly 450–700 g. XL portions are about 25% bigger — perfect if you're extra hungry or need more protein.

We keep the macros balanced — plenty of protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. If you need specific macro numbers, just say so — we can share the nutrition details or adjust something.

Yes — we plan the menus around the seasons and buy from German suppliers whenever possible.

Every meal comes in a reusable REBOWL container with a €5 deposit. Hand the clean bowls back at your next delivery and we refund or offset the deposit.

Just hand the empty bowls over at your next delivery — we swap them for fresh ones on the spot and credit your deposit right away.

Yes — REBOWL containers are both microwave- and dishwasher-safe.

Through our website or by message on WhatsApp. Choose the number of meals (Regular or XL), tell us meat or vegetarian, and we'll confirm your delivery date.

We usually need orders 3 days before the first delivery — but sometimes it works faster. Just message us.

We work with a subscription. Want to try first? Order once and pause right after. If you're not happy, you can cancel anytime with no strings attached.

Mondays and Thursdays between 5 and 7 pm — that's our delivery window. After your first delivery we can usually give you a more precise time, once the route has settled in.

No problem — you don't have to be home. Just tell us where we can safely leave your box: by the door, in the garage or with a neighbour. Best to bring it in soon so everything stays nice and cool.

Yes — just let us know before the cut-off and we'll skip that delivery at no cost.

Free delivery within about 5 km of Hannover city centre. That covers these postcodes: 30159, 30161, 30163, 30165, 30167, 30169, 30171, 30173, 30175, 30177, 30449, 30451, 30453, 30459, 30519, 30655. Outside this radius there is a small delivery fee — just send us a quick message.

You can adjust or pause your order flexibly. Thursday: changes until Monday, 8:00 pm. Monday: changes until Friday, 8:00 pm.

Regular: meat €10, veggie €9. XL: meat €12.50, veggie €11.25.

Once a week — Fridays around 9:00 pm — we charge the amount for the whole coming week (Monday & Thursday).

After the charge, the Monday delivery is fixed and can no longer be changed.

The Thursday delivery stays flexible: if you pause or cancel by Monday, 8:00 pm, we refund the money for the Thursday meals — even though they've already been paid.

So you have just one payment per week, but still full flexibility.

Paying is easy — by card or bank transfer. Prefer cash or something else? No problem, just drop me a message.

Sealed, they stay fresh for at least 4 days.

Most meals freeze well, but they taste best fresh.

Easiest: 2–3 minutes in the microwave. Alternatively, warm gently in a covered pan or in an ovenproof dish at 160 °C.
